TIPS FOR MINERAL SHOW SUBMISSION:
  • For multi-day event you have 2 choices.
    • 1) List EACH Day as a separate submission.
    • 2) Choose Starting Day/Time and Ending Day/Time.  Be sure that your times are listed in the description.
  • Event Categories and tags are still being populated, so feel free to leave those blank.
  • To create a Venue or Organizer.
    • Type in the name as you want it to appear
    • Click the BLUE BAR where the name appears.  This will open up a box to add address and other information. This information will be stored for future use.
  • Cost – enter the cost for adults. (leave blank if zero) If children pricing, put in description.

60th Annual Earth Science Gem and Mineral Show

The Delaware Mineralogical Society, Inc. will hold its 60th Annual Earth Science Gem and Mineral Show at Same Location as 2023 —  DoubleTree by Hilton; 4727 Concord Pike (Rt-202); Wilmington, Delaware 19803. Hours Saturday are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 11:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.

 

Family Friendly show features educational exhibits of mineral, lapidary and fossil specimens; a roster of fine dealers of minerals, fossils, gems, jewelry; raffles of interesting specimens and a children’s area, where youngsters may purchase inexpensive mineral and fossil specimens.

 

Admission: Seniors (60+) $5, Adults (18 – 59) $6 ($5 with coupon), Juniors (12 – 17) $3, Scouts in Uniform & Children under 12 Free when accompanied by a paying adult. Tickets only sold at the door
