Calcite from Tonglushan Mine, Daye, Hubei Province, China

A unique and quite beautiful specimen of Calcite from Daye, in Hubei, China. It features a single, super lustrous crystal of Calcite which exhibits a rich golden-yellow color and superb crystal definition. This small deposit of about 12 years ago was quickly depleted and these are all but impossible to find anymore. This specimen is from my personal collection and is the last one that I have.
